Day 2: The Healthy Life Foundation Chart

The chart below is what I developed to help me build a solid foundation for a healthy life. I created and presented a video on YouTube (see link below) to introduce the chart. I plan on going into more detail in the foreseeable future by making a vlog for each one of the bullet points. It will take 64 days to go through the chart.

Creating a blog and corresponding YouTube channel is a learning experience. I am using DaVinci Resolve software for my video edits by referring to tutorials on YouTube. Over time, I hope my videos become quicker to create, and the quality improves.

Today, I have recommitted to this journey of self-exploration to find my purpose in life. I definitely want this experience to be spiritual and meaningful. I pray that this experience is divinely led and will positively influence the world.

It's currently 10:21 PM and past my bedtime. My current goal is to fall asleep by 10 PM on nights when I don't have a commitment to a third party. I read that the ideal time to fall asleep is between 10 and 11 PM.
