Creating a rule book for life can help you stay on track spiritually. I try to take tidbits from Christianity and Indigenous beliefs to apply in my own life. For instance, I am celibate and believe this will help me focus on my growth without distraction.
Today I went to a park to visit a stream and saw garbage along the waterway. This reminded me that we must change our lifestyle to better protect this earth for future generations. I want to ensure that my work and personal life reflect this belief.
Quick side note: we can't control other people, we can only control ourselves. For some with disabilities, that alone is a challenge.
