Hello Self

Today I tell you it's ok

That you are beautiful

Inside and out

It's been a while

Since we had this talk

Let's be honest

I should talk to you more

It's time to get to know each other

It's time to remember

You may have forgot

But I know you know

Everything is going to be alright

Be good to yourself

Don't be shy

Love Freely

Self-Talk

Important Talk

Dream Seeker

Love Keeper

I want to say more

Like try to be happy

Pray when you can

Respect and cherish nature

Get out in the sun

Eat healthy

Be kind

It's rather quite simple

Note to self

Make this a regular occurrence

To be nice to yourself

To be true and cool

It's in the heart remember

Look up to the sky

God will show you the way
