Day 18: Balancing your spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional self

Balancing our spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional self is part of living a healthy life. How do we do this? We put God first, take care of our physical needs, and try to master our mental/emotional parts of ourself to reflect the good virtues of the soul. Simple in words, but we tend to make it more complicated than it needs to be.


Today wraps up our first row focused on how to build a foundation for a healthy life. This is arguably the most important row. We can better serve our family, community, and world when we have a firm foundation with God and ourselves. It's through service and relationships is where true healing takes place.
