Today's bullet point is perception under the mental heading. Perception in the chart is our thoughts describing any given situation or idea. If our thoughts are positive, we can find solutions and be happier.
There are some situations where it is tough to be optimistic. Sometimes we can change our perception and thus change a situation. For example, I wasn't going to use a frame because it was damaged, and I was slightly disappointed. Then I thought about covering the damage with fabric to see if I could still use it, which made me slightly happier.
If you can't change a situation, remember the saying, "this too shall pass." Rest assured that God is watching over you.
